Refund Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the A(i)gency course and the Operator plan (the "Program"), sold by Saint MGMT LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, operating the Mika-Taché brand ("we," "us," "our"). It is part of our Enrollment and Plan Policy.

All sales are final

The Program is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. The Operator plan includes downloadable materials, the Prompt and Template Vault and the Clone My Workspace Starter Kit (the "Operator Materials"), which cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded. You are buying immediate access to digital content.

All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

• change of mind or a decision not to use or complete the Program;

• dissatisfaction with the content;

• failure to achieve any result, income, or outcome;

• lack of time to complete the Program;

• creating a duplicate account; or

• loss of access resulting from your breach of our Terms or Enrollment and Plan Policy.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content, and you waive any right of cancellation, cooling-off, or withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This policy is disclosed to you before purchase, and completing your purchase is your acceptance of it.

Billing errors

The only exception is a genuine billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount. If that happens, email us within 14 days of the charge at letschat@saintmgmt.com and we will review and correct a confirmed error. This does not create a right to a refund for any other reason.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a refund is ever required by law, it will be limited to the minimum the law requires and may be reduced by the value of any materials already accessed or downloaded.
Installment plans

If you purchase on an installment plan, each scheduled payment is due as agreed. Non-payment does not cancel your obligation for the full price, and we may suspend or terminate your access until the balance is paid. Amounts already paid are non-refundable under the terms above.

Chargebacks

If you start a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us about a confirmed billing error, you are in breach of this policy. We may present this policy and your purchase records as evidence of your agreement, terminate your access without refund, and recover our costs.
