This Privacy Policy explains how Saint MGMT LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, operating the Mika-Taché brand ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mika-tache.com, buy the A(i)gency course or the Operator plan, or join our email list (together, the "Site" and "Program"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, and any details you provide when you sign up for our email list, create an account, contact us, or enroll in the Program.

Payment information: when you buy, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited confirmation data, such as the fact of payment, the plan purchased, and billing contact details.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information
We use your information to: process your purchase and give you access to the Program; deliver the Operator Materials and course communications; send you emails you have asked for, including our newsletter, and service messages about your account or purchase; respond to your questions; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who help us run the business, such as our course platform (Wix), our email platform (MailerLite), and our payment processor, each acting on our behalf;

• authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and

• a successor in the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your account or purchase.
